All photos uploaded to Dead-Panning.com become the permanent property of Dead-Panning.com and its owners. By uploading, you grant an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and monetize those images in any medium now known or later devised.

AI-generated images are strictly prohibited. Uploading an AI-generated image constitutes a violation of these terms. The site retains all ownership rights to any uploaded image regardless of whether it was later found to violate this policy, and may remove it at its discretion.

By uploading, you certify that the photos are of yourself, that you are a real human being, and that you are at least 18 years of age.

Photos uploaded without an account cannot be removed under any circumstances. There is no mechanism, request process, or exception by which an anonymous upload can be deleted. Do not upload anonymously unless you accept this permanence.

Logged-in users may delete their own submissions, which removes them from public display and deletes the underlying image files. The site retains the right to retain anonymized, non-identifying metadata (such as aggregate reaction counts) after deletion.

Firebase Analytics collects anonymized usage data to help us understand how the site is used. Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to personalize and measure advertising. You can manage ad personalization through your Google account settings.

Sign-in is handled exclusively by Google and Apple. We do not collect, store, or have access to your passwords. We receive only the basic profile information those providers share to establish your account.
