By uploading to or using Dead-Panning.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. You must be 18 or older
You must be at least 18 years of age to upload to Dead-Panning.com. By uploading, you certify that you meet this requirement.
2. Photos must be of you
You may only upload photos of yourself. Uploading photos of any other person is prohibited.
3. No AI-generated images
AI-generated images are strictly prohibited. All photos must depict a real human being — you.
4. You grant permanent ownership rights
By uploading, you grant Dead-Panning.com and its owners irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide rights to use, display, distribute, and monetize your images in any medium. This grant cannot be revoked.
5. We may remove any content
Dead-Panning.com may remove any content at its sole discretion, with or without notice and for any reason.
6. No nudity or illegal content
You may not upload nudity, sexually explicit material, or any content that is illegal under applicable law.
7. Anonymous uploads are final
Uploads made without an account are final and non-reversible. They cannot be removed under any circumstances. Sign in before uploading if you want the ability to delete your submissions later.
